Here are post-employment resources which may be helpful in navigating anything you might need after leaving Microsoft.If your question is not found below, email AskHR@microsoft.com.
To obtain your MS employee ID, contact Microsoft Benefits at (425) 706-8853. If you reside outside of the U.S., you may email askhr@microsoft.com for assistance. For security purposes, you will be required to answer a series of authentication questions.
For U.S. only employment, Microsoft uses The Work Number service to provide automated employment verifications (with or without salary information) for former employees. Employment and income verification will only be provided viaThe Work Number. You can reach The Work Number employee services line at: (800) 367-2884, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or visit their website: http://www.theworknumber.com for automated employment verifications.

How to access your paystubs and W2s
You can access the last three years of paystubs and W-2s via the ADP online service. Please follow the steps below and email Microsoft Payroll if you have issues.
Note: Online W-2s will be available by January 31 for the preceding calendar year. Example: 2025 W-2s will be available by January 31, 2026.
Create an account:

1. Go to ADP Paystub and W2 Portal

2. Click on “Get Started" at the bottom of the Sign In window.

3. Click on “I have a registration code”. In the Registration Code field, enter MSFT-PAY.

4. Click Continue.

5. Select "Your Information" and fill in the requested details.

6. If your information is found, select an option to verify your identity and follow the remaining steps to finalize your set up. If you did not enter a personal email address in ADP while employed, please verify your identity using the mobile number option. If your name is not found, please contact Microsoft Payroll.

7. An "Account Created" message will appear on the top of the screen after the registration process has been completed. If this is your first time setting up an account an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you with your User ID as well.
Sign into your account to access your paystub/W-2:

1. Go to ADP Paystub and W2 Portal

2. Enter your User ID and password from the registration process.

3. Select Ok.

4. Go to “Pay” for your paystubs and “Tax Statements” for your W-2.

Your HSA is administered by Connect Your Care (CYC), the financial custodian of your HSA. For additional information regarding how to access your HSA, contact Premera at (800) 676-1411.
Your Stay Fit benefit ends on your last day of employment. If you are enrolled in one of the participating Fitness Centers, contact the center directly to learn about options to continue your membership on a self-pay basis.
If you have questions on a reimbursement request submitted prior to your last day of employment, contact Wage Works/Health Equity directly at StayFit@wageworks.comor (800) 533-7029. Reimbursement requests submitted after your last day of employment will not be accepted.
Eligible expenses under the Adoption Assistance program may be submitted for reimbursement along with a copy of the final adoption documentation. Expenses will be reimbursed for adoptions finalized prior to your last day of employment at Microsoft. Contact: Adoption@wageworks.com (800) 422-6105.
COBRA notification and election documents will be sent to the address you provide within approximately 6 - 7 weeks of your last day of employment at Microsoft. You must complete and return these forms and enroll online or by phone before the election expiration date in the notification. If you enroll in COBRA, your coverage will be retroactive to the day following your last day of employment. If your AMEX payment is due, make a payment on your corporate AMEX card by contacting American Express via Customer Service at (800) 528-2122 for assistance.
Contact Benevity directly at support@benevity.org, from your personal email address. Provide your most recent employee ID and Microsoft alias, to receive your giving history and donation receipts.
If you want to learn more about the legal plan, contact ARAG Customer Care at (800) 331-3425 within 30 days of your last day of employment with Microsoft to complete a conversion form.
For information about the portability provision for AD&D insurance contact Prudential at (800) 778-3827 Group Policy #43994.
Contact the EdAssist Service Center for help at mstuition@edassist.com or call (855) 500-8878 - assistance is available Monday – Friday, 5 A.M. - 5 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Inform them that you have benefits eligible, but are unable to access the system, and provide your application information. EdAssist can assist with your reimbursement request on your behalf.
If you are considering continuing health care FSA participation, or you need to submit a claim under your Flexible Spending Account, contact Premera Customer Service.

Your PRIME card (if physical) should be returned to your group administrative assistant or manager, along with other Microsoft assets. If you accessed your PRIME account via a digital card, discontinue use of this digital card.
